    • First, a step-by-step “how-to” presentation of my scenario generation methodology, presenting many real-world examples from previous workshops I’ve conducted that clearly illustrate how it all works.

    • Following this tutorial, an interactive discussion among us, focusing on your specific organization, situation, and strategic objectives, and how to apply the scenario generation technique I’ve just shown you so you can visualize future changes in your own terrain realistically — whether your goal is to look at your immediate landscape or ten years into the future.

  • Delivery: Live in person. We can also do it online in real time, via the platform of your choice. It’s up to you.

  • Optional debrief: After taking the Master Class, I hope you’ll try your hand at developing a portfolio of future scenarios for your business. Then, if you’d like to get feedback on your work, or guidance on how to improve a second round, we can schedule a one-hour live online debrief to look together at the scenarios you’ve developed, critique them and find ways to make them even better.
